TO CHECK ON ORDER STATUS:
We will try to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order and processing your credit card. We are currently using the USPS for shipping. If for any reason your order is delayed by us (such as back order), we will contact you ASAP.

RETURN POLICY:
To receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to returning. All merchandise returned for customer convenience is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping. We also can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All EasyAir merchandise comes with a Manufacturer Twelve Month Limited Warranty. If any piece of merchandise is proved to be defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material we will replace, at our discretion, that part of the whole product at no charge to you. To obtain warranty service, please Contact Us before shipping the defective part to us. The above warranty does not cover defects caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or part by anyone other than the manufacturer. In addition, warranties do not cover physical abuse to, or misuse of the product, or use or assembly thereof in manner contrary to the accompanying instructions.
