I have in a long period of time used so called breathing band aid. With those it was very important that they were placed correctly in order to get any effect. In addition, it was relatively expensive. A pack of seven band aids costs 71 kroner or about 10 kroner a piece. I needed two bands a day - one for an afternoon nap and one at night, hence at a cost of about 20 kroner a day.
